We’re growing fast and looking for someone dependable, organized, and ready to grow with us as our new Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher.

About the role:
This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote). You’ll be the first friendly voice people hear when they call us—and the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps our schedule running smoothly.
You'll:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to messages
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Communicate with customers for updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Assist with day-to-day admin tasks
- Be part of a close-knit, motivated, and friendly team
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who’s positive, organized, and loves helping people. You stay calm under pressure, enjoy juggling moving parts, and genuinely care about creating a great customer experience.

Compensation & Perks:
- Paid Training: $18/hr during training (2–4 weeks)
- Pay: $22/hr once training is completed
- Performance-based bonuses for lead conversions and customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Full-time availability and ability to work in-person at our Pflugerville office
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers (email, CRMs, scheduling tools)
- Strong communication skills (both phone and written)
- A knack for staying organized and focused
- Coachable and open to feedback—you want to grow and improve
- Friendly, dependable, and a team player
- Home service industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to pass a background check
